6. Training Programme Cancellations

Participants who register for training programmes may request cancellation before the programme begins.

Depending on the timing of the cancellation and any costs already incurred, we may:

  • Transfer your registration to a future intake.
  • Issue a full or partial refund where appropriate.
  • Offer training credit for future programmes.

Once a programme has started, refunds may be limited, particularly where training materials have been provided or a significant portion of the programme has been completed, unless otherwise required by law.

7. Missed Classes

Participants who miss training sessions due to personal circumstances are generally not entitled to refunds.

Where possible, we may provide:

  • Make-up sessions
  • Learning materials

  • Alternative class arrangements

These options are provided at our discretion and may not be available for every programme.

8. Programme Changes by Comrades Talents Hub

If we need to postpone, reschedule, or cancel a training programme, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants as soon as possible.

Where appropriate, participants may be offered:

  • A place in a future session.
  • A transfer to another programme.
  • Training credit.
  • A refund where applicable.

9. Digital Products

Where we offer downloadable digital products such as:

  • Training manuals
  • E-books
  • Templates
  • Digital resources
  • Online learning materials

refunds are generally not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed, except where required by law or where the product is defective or inaccessible due to our error.

10. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally not eligible for return unless required by law:

  • Personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Products damaged through misuse
  • Products altered after delivery
